The Ministry of Manpower, Youth and Employment will soon introduce trades and vocational courses under the National Youth Employment Programme (NYEP).

He said registration of the programme had already started in the various regions and urged the youth to take advantage of it and enrol.

Chief Issifu said those who are already in the trades and vocational field would be given refresher courses to assist them improve upon their skills and that under the programme the youth would be made to form cooperative groups.
