The Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) is to equip all district offices with computers to enable them to be abreast with information technology.

The Eastern Regional Secretary of GNAT, Mr Lawrence Apronti, disclosed this when he presented a computer and its accessories to the Fanteakwa District Secretariat of GNAT at Begoro on behalf of the association.

Mr. Apronti urged the districts to make good use of the computers to project the image of the association in this computer era.

The Fanteakwa District Chairman of GNAT, Mr. Yaovi Tettevi, who received the computers on behalf of the district expressed his gratitude to the association for the donation.

He promised that the machines would be put to good use to advance the interest of teachers in the district.
