Scholarship for two needy pupils

Two needy but brilliant pupils of Boso St. Marks Anglican Primary School in the Eastern Region, had been offered scholarship to enable them attend school from the basic to the tertiary level.

A tutor of an Anglican School in the United Kingdom, Mr Richard H. Philips, offered the scholarship to Master Eugenia Ankamah in class two and Miss Christian Abedi in class six.

Presenting the first set of scholarship package to the pupils, an official of the Ghana Education Service, Reverend Cannon John Tetteh commended Mr. Philips for the gesture and urged the beneficiaries to work hard to justify the assistance.

Rev. Tetteh said the two pupils had been first in examinations since the started schooling.
