Goldfields donates books to Sarbah Hall Library

Management of Goldfields Ghana Limited, has presented books worth GH2,000 to Mensah Sarbah Hall Library of the University of Ghana, Legon.

The 100 books are for Agriculture and Business students of the Hall.

Dr Toni Aubynn, Corporate Manager, in-charge of Public Affairs and Social Development of the company presenting the books, advised the students not only to handle the books with care, but also refrain from hiding them from their colleagues.

Dr James Adomako, Hall Master, expressed appreciation to the company for the gesture to replace most of the books that were outdated.

Mr Nathaniel Odoi Laryea, Junior Common Room President, gave the assurance that the books would be well utilized.
