A NEW musical sensation in the Volta Region is Miss Theresa Bafour from Ziavi Dogbe.

Her traditional and inspirational songs are a joy to listen to.

The title track of her 37 songs, all in the Ewe language, is Elebenam (God has taken good care of me).

All the music were arranged and performed by Theresa Bafour with instruments played by Klutse Kuku Etsico and the Volta Pioneers Dance Band, Ho.

Tony D, a sound engineer, recorded and produced the music.

The musical diva, expressed gratitude to Nana Shirley Bakudie, for the immense assistance she offered her, leading to the successful release of the album.

On her future plans, Ms Bafour said as a prolific songstress, she is plan- fling to release more songs.

She appealed to top producers in the country to take interest in budding up coming artistes like her to enable them to realise their full potentials.

She said her songs can be found in all the major distribution centres in the Volta Region, adding that, plans are far advanced to market them throughout the whole country and abroad.
