The Ghana Music Video Awards has been established by Brainpoint Media Production Limited to celebrate the top music videos of the year.
Originally, it is hoped to start as an alternative to the Ghana Music Awards and is tagged to be a respected awards show in its own right.
The Ghana Music Video Awards will be an annual affair, celebrating the best in Ghanaian music videos.
The eligibility period for a video to qualify begins from August 2005 to September 2006.
