Pan African Orchestra holds concert

The Pan African Orchestra, a leading exponent of Neoclassical African music would on Friday 2nd May 2008 hold its first concert at the British Council Auditorium.

The group, in a statement signed by Nana Danso Abiam, Director of Pan African Orchestra, said it was ready to produce a ground-breaking event with solo recitals by Atongo Zimba and Nii Yartey.

According to the statement, the concert sought to showcase the Orchestra to corporate bodies, foundations, stakeholders in the music industry, Diplomatic Corps and fans of the Orchestra.
