Listen to Nyarko's interview with Evans Mensah.

One of the four cadres arrested for questioning is threatening to go to court over what he calls his unlawful arrest and detention.

Speaking to Joy News, Mr Felix Nyarko said his right of association has been infringed upon and he wants to seek justice in court.

Operatives of the Bureau of National Investigations, BNI, on Monday picked up four persons for questioning in connection with a planned grand welcome for Libyan leader, Muammar al-Quathafi.

He said before their arrest he demanded to make a phone call to his lawyer but it was refused and was subsequently handcuffed.

“They ransacked the whole place and took away our CPU, our documents and all that has to do with the running of the office. They took us to the BNI headquarters,” he said.

Mr Nyarko described the incident as a “harrowing experience.”
