Listen to Mr. Akwasi Osei Adjei's interview with Araba Koomson.

A delegation comprising police CID, forensics experts, and officials of Interpol as well as Foreign Ministry officials will be heading to Senegal as part of continuing investigations into the killing of some 44 Ghanaians in Gambia two years ago.

The delegation, which is due to leave in two weeks, will interrogate Ghanaians and Gambians resident in Senegal who may have information about the murdered persons.

Minister for Foreign Affairs and NEPAD, Akwasi Osei Agyei, disclosed this to Joy News.

He told Joy News’ Araba Koomson that investigations so far leave government in no doubt about the complicity of the Gambian government.

He however fell short of saying what action government might take once the investigations are concluded.
