A circuit court at Nkawie, on Monday remanded Kwasi Tawiah, a farmer from Mosease near Ahwerewa for allegedly causing harm.

The accused pleaded guilty and he will re-appear before court on November 12, this year.

Chief Inspector H. A. Agyare told the court presided over by Mr. Noble Nkrumah that both the complainant, Kwaku Boakye, a 26-year-old farmer and the accused lived at Moseaso near Ahwerewa in the Amansie West District.

He said the accused quarrelled with Boakye and warned him not to pass through his house but complainant used the route moments latter and the accused bit him and that resulted in a fight between them.

Prosecution said after the fight the accused with a matchet inflicted wounds on the hand of the complainant.

Chief Inspector Agyare said some people rushed to rescue the complainant and send him to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for treatment.
