Listen to Prof Atta Mills

The National Democratic Congress presidential candidate, Professor John Evans Atta Mills has descended heavily on the ruling New Patriotic Party administration describing it as useless.

Prof Mills was in the Ketu North District of the Volta Region to address a rally to garner support for his presidential bid. But ahead of the rally, he paid courtesy calls on chiefs and people in the area.

In one such community, Kenyi, he told a gathering that his administration would manage the nation’s resources more prudently, and blamed the ruling government of doing little to check corruption at high places.

Prof. Mills wondered how it was possible for people to enter into politics and within a short while, acquire all manner of properties without the government doing anything about the situation.

He said rather, the government turns round to preach to the people that it has done well, retorting, “What have they done?”
