USE OF FLAG BEARER’S NAME BY ASPIRING PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATES

The attention of the Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has been drawn to the use of his name by some aspiring parliamentary candidates of the Party for their individual campaign purposes.

The Presidential Candidate wishes to state that he does not support any of the aspiring candidates, either overtly or covertly. The rank and file of the Party are hereby notified to disregard any candidate who goes on his or her constituency campaign rounds, claiming they have the support of the Presidential Candidate.
