Football maestro Abedi Ayew Pele has applied for a review of parts of the decision of the Ghana Football Association’s Appeals Committee.

Pele who owns demoted first division side – Nania FC – said he cannot be tried twice in the same case has ordered by the Appeals Committee.

Last month the appellate body ruled that the matter be referred to the Disciplinary Committee because it had breached the rules of natural justice in arriving at its decision.

However, Pele who was banned for a year for his role in Nania FC’s 31-0 victory over Okwawu United in a First Division tournament said having overturned the ban the Appeals Committee can not order a re-trial.
