Tema Real Sportive on Saturday defeated Wa All Stars 2-1 in the sixth week Onetouch Premier League match at the El-Wak Stadium in Accra.

The visitors had the first bite in the 15th minute through Raphael Okyere but were immediately dealt a big blow when Samuel Owusu was shown the exit two minutes later by Referee Alex Kotey.

All Stars however, managed to hold onto their lone goal lead till the close of the first half.

Sportive commenced the second half with renewed strength and determination as they mounted sustained pressure on the 10-man All Stars team for almost 20 minutes into the half.

The home team however failed to find the back of the net from the numerous clear cut chances they created.

They however remained focused and eventually benefited from the intense pressure on their opponents in 75th minute when overlapping defender Shadrack Dodzie was brought down by David Nii Addy in the penalty box for Referee Kotey to point to the penalty spot.

Joel Adjei expertly converted it for Sportive to be on level terms in the 77th minute.

Substitute Richard Yeboah put Real Sportive ahead two minutes later when he connected a cross from Hamza Mohammed.

The goal thus ensured that Sportive carried home the three maximum points before Referee Kotey brought proceedings to an end.
