The 2016 Joy FM Family Party in the park has ended with bliss. Patrons suggest it was the best with lots of fun and education for the families that thronged the Legon Botanical Garden.

The party had the stars of Joy FM- Lexis Bills, DJ Black, Doreen Andoh, Nathaniel Attoh, Mamavi Aboagye, Edem Knight-Tay and many others on hand to interact with their fans in a great family atmosphere.

For the first time a Spelling B competition was held for the kids which was intellectually stimulating. There was also the EPL live session for football lovers who watched their favorite EPL teams. For Chelsea and Manchester City supporters it was double fun for them as their teams won, while they had fun with their families at the gardens

The Maggie  cooking competition, five aside football competition, water run, dancing competition were all held in a great atmosphere.

The kids had a lot of bouncing on their bouncy castles with laughter and fun all through.

With just 20 cedis, a family of five had access to the venue, which had all the fun packed for both the young and old.

Nestle Ghana Ltd, sponsors of the show had all products under one big tent with good pricing and give aways.

There was a buy one, get one free promotion for patrons.

The dancing competition started and guess what, Iggy on the turn tables got many wiggling their back sides onto the dance floor with one of Amakye Dede hit tracks.

It was first the mothers affair joined later by the fathers and then the children.

After the wiggling of waist in a smooth dance moves, the mothers retired to an improvised kitchen for the Maggie cooking competition.

At least ten mothers headlined the cooking competition and prepared the best of meals for all the families present.
