The final of the prestigious Hassan II Golf Trophy is set to tee off today at the Royal Golf Dar Es Salam in Rabat, Morocco.
Steven Alker continues to impress at the tournament.
Heading into the final round, he leads the field at 7-under-par on the leaderboard.
He faces stiff competition from Spain’s Miguel Ángel Jiménez, who is also tied at 7-under-par and is determined to replicate his strong performance.
"There is one more round," he told JoySports Benaiah Defeamekpor.
"I have to focus on myself and let's see what happens. I respect other players but I do good too. I hope [in the final], I can finish up there.
Meanwhile, in the Lalla Meryem Cup, Hada Laklalech had a steady round at even par and hopes to improve in the final.
"A little bit disappointment because it did not go my way but that's golf," she told JoySports.
"I am in a good position [for the final] and will just continue to do my thing and hope for a good round."
