Our bodies may be covered most of the time, but some areas can age as quickly as your face. Here’s what to look for:
- Hands
Merely moisturising your hands alone is not going to prevent age spots and wrinkly skin. Give your hands a good exfoliation at least twice a week, regularly apply hand cream and always apply sunscreen to the back of your hands.
- Sagging skin
Sagging skin often becomes prevalent after we’ve lost weight, or just naturally as we age. There’s nothing that will completely reverse it except for surgery, but applying nourishing, collagen-building creams can help.
- Neck, chest and bust
Aside from the natural progression of our breasts going down south; crepey and sun damaged skin is very ageing. Lotions and potions aside, the best thing you can do is to use an SPF50 every single day and to stay out of direct UV light. I can all but guarantee an improvement within a month.
