Mr. Frank Bo-Amissah, the immediate past Chairman of the Confiscated Vehicles Committee (CVC) has been forced out of office to make way for his successor, Mohammed Razak.Bo-Amissah remained adamant to several requests to park out of the office and make way for the new chair of the Committee. It is unclear why the former chairman was unwilling to leave for his successor to have entry into his office. The new Chairman on Thursday stormed the CVC premises at the Safe Bond yard of the Tema Port under the supervision of some security personnel and forcefully opened the door and replaced it with new keys.“All this while, he’s been trying to get Bo-Amissah to hand over his office to him so that he can do his job and Bo-Amissah I should say has refused; he is not cooperating with him,” said Colonel Ben Agbodogo, Security Coordinator of the Tema Port.“…he [Razak] went and got a lock so that he can fix it and do his job,” Colonel Agbodogo told Joy News Seth Kwame Boateng.Myjoyonline.com could not get the side of Mr Bo-Amissah who was in a meeting with the Chief of Staff at the time of publication.
