A spiritual leader of Creator’s Blessing Church (CBC) at Abeka in Accra, Prophet Isaac Atta-Owusu, has called on government to pay more attention to creating jobs through the agriculture and transport sectors.
He said the two sectors ought to be revamped to create job avenues for the citizenry to improve on their living standards and to ameliorate their suffering.
Prophet Atta-Owusu, who gave the advice in an interview with newsmen at the CBC's 25th anniversary on Sunday, said since the 2012 Election Petition was over there was the need for the government to put in place strategies to support people economically.
He advised Ghanaians to live in peace and harmony and to allow understanding to always prevailed among them.
Preaching the sermon found at Isaiah 10:27 and Psalm 118:14, Prophet Davis Akuffo-Addo, also of the Church, urged the congregation to worship God in truth and love so that whatever the enemy would plan against them would not work.
He said they should humble themselves in life and be patient in their expectations of the Lord, adding that: “Where there is no peace, religious bodies cannot worship God.”
The church y prayed for the leaders of the country asking God to grant them wisdom to steer the nation's affairs to the benefit of all.
