Afro-jazz artiste, Adomaa in 2015 released one of the masterpieces that captured the attention of Ghanaians and earned her more fans and respect in the music fraternity.
The ‘Evolution of GH Music’ as it was titled saw the young singer belt out a blend of music from the 60s to the 2000s.
The mashup, so well done put into perspective the many changes music in Ghana had gone through and is still going through.
Adomaa’s changes were not only from song to song but outfits as well. The video highlighted the difference in style and dressing these music changes had brought.
Some songs featured in the mashup were ‘All For You’ by E.T Mensah representing the 60s, Sunshine day by Osibisa from the 70s, Plan ben by Reggie Rockstone from the 90s and Antenna by Fuse ODG representing the 2000s.
Other artistes whose works were featured were Kwabena Kwabena, Amakyi Dede, Paapa Yankson Bradez and D Cryme.
