President Akufo-Addo has announced that the government will reduce the importation of rice by 50% this year (2019).Speaking at the inauguration of the State of the Art Fertilizer Factory at Dawenya, President Akufo-Addo urged farmers to produce more locally to satisfy the demands of the domestic market and also meet International demands.
