Surfline Communication Limited has launched ‘Always On’ bundle that will provide unlimited internet data to its customers monthly.
The product was unveiled on Tuesday in Accra and seeks to prevent customers from recharging multiple times within a month.
Addressing the media, Head of Commercial Business, David Afugani noted that internet data is very essential in this technological world, hence, the product is to prevent customers from running out of data in the middle of their online activities.
“We came up with this product to ensure that for all the 30 days in a month you do not have any reason to run out of data. So you have that peace of mind and assurance that you can do all your activities without having to run out of data,” he explained.

He promised that “from today, when you purchase our Always On bundles which are valid for a month, we assure you that you will never run out of data for the whole month. We guarantee that.”
The Commercial Business Director said the product was established based on the characteristic of Surfline Communication prioritising the needs of its consumers.
“Consumers have varied needs and it’s up to us to put our ears on the ground to pick insights from their needs and turn that into product and service.
“This Always On pack is taking it to another level, where you never run out of data because we have done it through an intensive understanding of your needs,” he said.
He further added that the newly launched product is not in response to the directive of the Communication Ministry to ensure that data purchased by their subscribers do not expire but to satisfy the identified needs of their consumers.
“It is something that has been in the pipeline it is just a mere coincidence that it is happening at the same time” he stated
Mr Afugani finally expressed gratitude to their customers for their unwaiverig support to grow the Surfline.
Speaking at the event the Product Manager, Joseph Mallet explained that the product is named ‘Always On’ because data cannot be exhausted and subscribers to this buddle will never lack data through the course of the month.
He explained that the features of the product include “daily thresholds and not cap volume and so once you reach your threshold your internet is not cut off like when you have a cap buddle. In this case, your internet continues only at reduced speed. At every midnight once you are in your valid period, your daily threshold is refreshed.”
“During the month of your subscription, your data never stops at any point in time,” he continued.
Surfline Communication Limited was established in Ghana five years ago, and they received their license from the National Communications Authority (NCA) that same year. The Surfline license terms ensured that Surfline provides 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) network in Accra, Tema, and Takoradi.
