A 20-year-old mason, Nana Baah was on Thursday hauled before court for licking the vagina of two minors aged four and five.
Baah, who was charged with indecent assault, has denied the charge.
The court presided over by Ms Sedina Agbemava ordered Baah to pay GH2,500.00 to the court as bail sum. He is to reappear next week.
Prosecuting Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sarah Acquah told the court that the complainants were two different parents residing at Awoshie in Accra with Baah.
In February this year, the victims were playing on top of an uncompleted story building when the accused person went there and carried the first victim aged four on his laps and licked her vagina.
ASP Acquah said when Baah was done with the first victim, he put the second victim aged five on his lap and licked her vagina and left the scene.
The four-year-old victim later informed her father who lodged complaint with the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit (DOVVSU) at Odorkor in Accra where medical forms were issued to the two victims for medical examination and treatment.
Baah was later picked up by the Police.
