Premium African Entertainment Channel, Cine Afrik will on Sunday, November 9 debut a new and groundbreaking comedy show dubbed ‘233 Comedy Show’.
This hilarious talk show, to be hosted by one of Ghana’s finest comedians and 2012 Big Brother Africa Housemate, DKB, is sure to bring side-splitting comedy to viewers.
It is the very first of its kind and promises to warm the hearts of Ghanaians. The show promises to take comedy to a whole new level.
According to the Channel Manager for Cine Afrik, Nana Yaa Serwaa Sarpong, “233 Comedy Show” is the new addition to the Channel’s outstanding original productions and is set to break new grounds and throw more light on Ghanaian comedy.”
She added that: “Cine Afrik believes in Ghanaian comedians and has been supporting their acts since the channel’s inception, hence the conception of this show. Although the main focus of the show is to nurture home-grown comedy, a few opportunities will be given to other African acts as the channel has wide appeal to millions of other Africans especially Nigerians, Cameroonians, Sierra Leoneans, and Liberians”.
The rib-cracking jokes to be shared on the show promise to show the funny side of Ghanaians as viewers join host - DKB and Ghana’s top comedians, this and every Sunday at 6:00pm exclusively on Cine Afrik.
The maiden edition of the show will give viewers a sneak peak of what’s to be expected every Sunday at 6pm.
