Ghana forward Samuel Tetteh is set to be signed by Major League Soccer (MLS) club, New York Red Bulls, Joy Sports can confirm.
Tetteh, 24, who is yet to play a game for his parent club Red Bull Salzburg has spent the last three seasons on loan at LASK Linz.
During his time at LASK, the Ghanaian forward scored 15 goals in 66 games.
His impressive form last season helped LASK qualify to the round of 16 stage of the Europa League as they lost the first leg 5-0 to Manchester United.
He will not feature in the second leg as his loan deal with LASK expired in June.
Despite returning to Red Bull Salzburg where his contract expires at 2022, there had been talks of the Ghanaian forward leaving the club this summer.
New York Red Bulls are serious about bringing the pacy forward to the MLS, Joy Sports can confirm.
