Brazilian star Neymar was one of five players sent off in the dying embers of Le Classique as Marseille came out winners on the day.
In a battle of words on Twitter, Neymar has fired back at Alvaro Gonzalez defending his stance that he was racially abused during the game.
The 28-year-old received a red card after he was seen on VAR cameras punching the back of Gonzalez's head. Whilst walking down the tunnel, Neymar kept accusing Gonzalez of making racist comments during the game.
After the game, Neymar continued his outrage on social media insisting he was racially abused during the game.

Hours later, the Marseille defender also insisted he hadn't been racist and added PSG players couldn't take their loss on the field.

However, Neymar was quick to respond and said Gonzalez 'has no character' in a fiery rant.

So far, Ligue 1 haven't addressed the issue yet with no statements released.
Defending Ligue 1 champions PSG currently sit in the relegation zone having lost their opening two league games.
Marseille, meanwhile, are fifth and have won both of their games so far.
