Education is set to be a major determinant of the outcome of the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections in the Tema Central Constituency this year.
According to the residents, the sector remains paramount as its development will ensure the area's general well-being and a secure future for the populace.
This was the conclusion reached after results were collated from a poll conducted in the area ahead of the December polls.
The programme will determine the agenda for the live engagement between voters and their duty bearers at 5 pm in Tema - Community 4 Prisco Park, on the issues that will influence their votes.
Among the critical issues tabled for votes, education came tops with 27%, then Employment representing 21.5%, followed by Sewage and Waste Management with 17%.
Other sectors were Free Utility - 11%; Housing - 10%; Roads - 7.5%; Security - 4% and Health - 2%.
In all, 200 votes were cast in the Joy Ballot Box.
Personalities expected on the panel include Yves Nii Noi Hason of the NPP, the NDC's Ebi Bright representing Tema West during tonight's encounter.
The NDC's Dr. Raphael Kwesi Sarpong Tufuor and Member of Parliament, Kingsley Carlos Ahenkorah are also expected to speak to issues in Tema Central as the elections approach.
