With about a week to the 2020 general elections, many Ghanaians are worried about the disputes that may mar the polls.
Supreme Court Judge, Justice Yonny Kulendi on PM Express had said that in 2008, former Chief Justice Georgina Wood made efforts to get the Judicial Service to put together a booklet that relates to elections and election disputes and a way to address them.
Thus today on The Law, the panel discussed how these disputes on elections can be resolved quickly and amicably.
Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana Law School, Dr Abdul Baasit Aziz Bamba joined the host Samson Lardy Anyenini and shared more light on the topic "Fast Track Election Disputes."
The show came off on JoyNews at 2pm.
