The presidential candidate of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM) is optimistic of a win in the upcoming elections.
Christian Kwabena Andrews said he will amass majority of votes cast on December 7 with about 65% votes going in his favor.
"I will win this year's election by 65% votes," he said.
He made the comments on Sunday on JoyNews' "The Probe," where he stated that Ghanaians are fed up with the two major political parties and as such, will give him the nod in the upcoming elections to rescue them from various hardships endured under the leadership of the NPP and the NDC.
Sharing his experience from various campaign tours, the Pastor popularly known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom disclosed to host Emefa Apawu that he has been well received by Ghanaians.
Mr Andrews seized the opportunity to clarify an earlier statement made about the ruling NPP.
It will be recalled that the Pastor prior to the 2016 general elections, predicted a win, plus a 40-year tenure of office for the NPP.
According to the pastor, President Akufo-Addo was going to serve an eight-year term in office, after which other members who will assume roles as Presidential Candidates on the ticket of the NPP will succeed him for the 40-year duration.
Years on, the Pastor has clarified that, his comment, which came with a condition has been taken out of contest.
"They just edited the whole thing. I started by saying Mahama will go home, NPP is coming to stay if Nana Addo comes to power and do what God wants him to do for the country [that is, doing everything right] then he will stay," he said.
However, Mr Andrews said that considering how President Akufo-Addo has managed the country abysmally, he will follow suit just as Trump has been voted out of office.
