When nine-year-old Oswald's 'Our Day' list went viral on social media, musician KiDi pledged to perform at the school.
Although having an artiste perform at 'Our Day' was not on Oswald's wish list he and his friends on Friday were happy to see the Lynx Entertainment act perform some of his hit songs for them to dance to.

KiDi arrived at the school situated at Sakaman in Dansoman, eager to perform for free so the kids can have the ultimate fun.
As an ambassador for Fidelity Bank he revealed the bank has offered to open a kids account for young Oswald which will go to support his education.
Fulfilling one of Oswald's wishes on his Our Day list, KiDi, in collaboration with Samsung, gave the nine-year-old a Galaxy tablet.

Oswald took social media by storm when a letter he had written to his mother, with instructions on what he expected on his last day of school, went viral.
For many who had their basic education in Ghana, the concept of ‘Our Day’ may not be farfetched as some carried their favourite foods and beverages along to commemorate the end of an academic term.
‘Things to bring on Our Day,’ was the title of the list written in pencil and dated July 29.
The items aptly detailed by the nine-year-old – with the aid of diagrams – included biscuits, drinks and a communication of a said waiver by his teacher to allow him to use his iPad device in class, just for the occasion.
The petition was first posted on Twitter by @SmylyThe3rd saying “Our Day instructions that my colleague’s son gave to her. The emotional blackmail at the end.”

From nutrition lines, beverage brands to educational and financial packages among others, top companies across the country have expressed keen interest to ensure that the ‘Our Day’ goes beyond a day’s event.
Some social media users also donated money to mother of Oswald whose salary had been delayed, so he could have a great day.
She’s just here reading out the names of those of you who have have sent her money and I don’t even know like 90% of them 😂. Someone even called her to make sure she doesn’t disappoint 🤣🤣
