Black Stars captain, Andre Ayew has leveled praise on brother and Black Stars striker, Jordan Ayew for his performance in Ghana's 1-0 win over South Africa.
The Black Stars hosted South Africa for Group G's spot in the African playoffs of the FIFA World Cup, where Andre Ayew converted a penalty to send Ghana through.
Andre has been efficient in front of goal for the Black Stars, contributing goals in Ghana's AFCON and World Cup qualifying campaigns. His younger brother, Jordan however has endured criticism for his recent lack of goals.
Nonetheless when the Black Stars needed a win in Cape Coast, the Crystal Palace forward - despite not scoring - led Black Stars' line in tireless fashion and was a constant threat to the South African defense.
Andre Ayew in his post match press conference was in high spirits and believes the national team benefitted from his brother's industry on the field.
"Jordan was unbelievable in the game. Am I the only one who saw him to be Man of the Match? If we had two Jordans on the pitch, things would have been different," Andre said.
