Homeland Stores, a subsidiary of Electroland Ghana Limited has opened its first ultra-modern shop and head office close to the Ring Road Central at Accra in the Greater Accra region.
The outlet will seek to provide a wide range of quality and affordable home and other related accessories.
Speaking at the Grand Opening, the Head of Marketing and Public Relations for Homeland Stores Ghana, Adiza Ibrahim said, the focus of Homeland is to create an avenue for young people, especially women to start their own businesses.
“With us, as little as 500 to 1,000 as capital, you can start your own business by purchasing wares from Homeland and Toysland.”

She added that this was the company’s little way of creating jobs and supporting reduce unemployment rate.
The Brand Influencer for Homeland Stores Ghana, and popular TV personality, Deloris Frimpong Manso, also known as Delay reiterated Homeland’s mission of providing quality products at affordable prices to enable the youth start their own businesses.

With products from Turkey and across Europe, Homeland offers quality but affordable products.
Some of the products in stock are cooking sets, mugs, cutlery sets, ceramic products, dinner sets, drinking and wine glasses, dining chairs, plastic wares, among others. Other items include plastic sets, plates, toys, kids’ bicycles, traveling bags, suitcases, among other cleaning materials such as mops, sponges, brooms, dustbins.
The Ring Road shop, which doubles as the wholesale and retail head office is the fifth store currently operating in Accra.

The other stores are located in Kumasi, near the Electroland showroom on the Kaase road, while the Tamale store is located at Lameshegu.
