For some student nursing mothers, finding a place to care for their wards has been a headache.
The inconvenience leaves many distraught and unable to focus on their studies.
Fortunately, an alumnus of the Garden City University College (GCUC) is changing the narrative by building a four-bedroom kiddie centre for student-nursing-mothers in his alma mater.
The edifice, built and donated by Joshua Twum Barimah, would halt the challenges faced by these mothers.
Mr. Twum Barimah was hopeful the gesture will fully achieve the intended purpose.
“I want to thank the founder for supporting this project, I believe the center will bring some relief to nursing mothers in the institution," he said.
The Founder of Garden City University College, Albert Acquah called on other alumni of the school to support infrastructural development.
