Remembering Ebony on the fifth anniversary of her death, many fans shared some of their favourite songs from the singer.

Kupe
Kupe was not the first single Ebony released but it was one of her early hits. Many Ghanaians were introduced to the young singer and her voice through this song.
Poison
Poison was the talk of the town when it was released. At the time many people could not reconcile a young girl like Ebony delivering those lyrics. But it has become many of her loved songs.
Sponsor
By the time this song was released, people had come to know Ebony and fans of her wanted more from her - they did not care about the critics. Fun fact, the ‘Sponsor’ featured in the video is her father.
Hustle
'Hustle' till today is one of the most recognisable and played Ebony songs.
Turn On The Light
Ebony’s attempt to establish herself as a Dancehall artiste on this iconic One Dread Riddim beat, in 2017, was one that pleased many. This remains one of her iconic tracks.
Date Ur Fada
The singer got mixed reactions with this track. But she was still unapologetically herself.
Aseda
This song was released in late December 2017 as a praise song. Ebony opened up on her struggles as a young singer hoping to make it as a mainstream artiste.
Maame Hwe
Maame Hwe was the song that showed people Ebony was more than just a young girl singing“provocative” songs. This song was released at the time she was faced with so much criticism about her songs, her lifestyle, her fashion and others.
It is also the last music video she dropped before her demise.
