Actor Abraham Davis popularly known as Salinko has assured fans he is healthy and alive after a supposed poster announcing his death went viral.
This comes after his colleague, Don Little, shared a poster of Salinko which looked like a funeral announcement on his social media handle.
However, on it was ‘What a Shock’ with the details of Bantama Kwasi Boakye aged 36.
Additionally, Don Little’s caption included three laughing emojis.
This, along with the fake name, should have signalled to fans there was nothing amiss but some fans were still worried.
Speaking in an interview on GHOne TV, Salinko explained that the poster is from the set of a TV series he is working on, explaining why the details did not match.
He stated that any news of his supposed death should be disregarded.
“I’m not dead as reported. We are shooting a TV series and there is a scene where we had to make a poster announcing my death but Don Little shared it on his page and it went viral.
“I want to urge my fans and beloved people to be calm. But if there are such plans I cancel them in the name of Jesus and it shall never come to pass,” he declared.
