The P.K. Amoabeng Leadership Foundation is optimistic about transforming the mindset of young African leaders, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed to lead the Africa continent into a prosperous future.
This is coming after the P.K. Amoabeng Leadership programme which offers an unparalleled opportunity for passionate Ghanaians was opened.
“This rigorous journey is more than just a leadership course—it’s a life-changing experience that combines mentorship, hands-on learning, and intensive personal development”, Mr. Amoabeng said.
Scholars will be paired with top Chief Executive Officers from Ghana, the United Kingdom and the USA. They would receive personalized guidance and growth opportunities tailored to their specific leadership journey.
Participants will also gain invaluable hands-on experience through flexible, tailored job shadowing opportunities in their field of interest, allowing them to learn directly from industry leaders.
The programme will also connect with a network of influential leaders and fellow scholars, fostering collaboration and professional growth that will last a lifetime.
The prrogramme’s first cohort has already seen remarkable success, with alumni praising the experience for its profound impact on their leadership journey:
Makafui Amezah shared, “This journey has deepened my appreciation for the invaluable asset of time and strengthened my resolve to champion the principle of time consciousness. Indeed, it is a seemingly simple, yet profound value that can catalyze the change we hope to see in Ghana and Africa.”
Linda Ackah-Mensah remarked, “One thing that has stood out for me has been the rich network of young people who are passionate about creating a positive impact in the world.”
