The Grand Arena in Accra was electrified on December 26, 2024, as comedy lovers gathered for a night of endless laughter and entertainment at the highly anticipated “1031 Laughs & Music” organised by Charter House, the show once again lived up to its standard as Ghana’s premier comedy and music show.
MC Okokobioko, the first comedian to take the stage, set the tone for the night. Known for his relatable humour and comic storytelling, Mc Okokobioko wasted no time capturing the audience’s attention. With a blend of captivating story jokes and personal experiences, he had the crowd erupting in laughter within minutes. His energy and comic timing created the perfect foundation for what would be a memorable evening.
As the startup act, MC Okokobioko’s performance set a high bar for the other comedians who followed, including Hogan, OB Amponsah, Pencil, Foster Romanus, and Parrot Mouth and Bovi. Each brought their unique style on stage, ensuring the laughter never stopped.

However, Okokobioko’s performance left a distinct comic stamp, earning him well-deserved applause and cementing his place as one of the event’s highlights.
“1031 Laughs & Music” night to remember for attendees with a perfect mix of humour and music, the event underscored why it remains a must-attend for comedy enthusiasts every year.
Charter House once again delivered an unforgettable experience, and this year’s edition will undoubtedly go down as one of the best.
