The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications and the Digital Chamber, Ing. Dr Kenneth Ashigbey, has stepped down from his role at the end of May 2025 after nearly eight years of exemplary leadership.
“We are deeply grateful for his service. The two Chambers and their members express deep gratitude and pride in the impact Dr. Ashigbey has made”, a statement released by the chamber said.
The statement said Dr. Ashigbey's passion, vision, and relentless pursuit of excellence have not only elevated the telecommunications and digital financial industries but also significantly contributed to Ghana's broader national economy, inspiring us all.
“As he steps into his next chapter, the two Chambers wish Dr Ashigbey continued success and fulfilment. We want to reassure you that we remain steadfast in our commitment to building on the strong foundation he has laid—strengthening our advocacy, deepening stakeholder collaboration, and pushing for innovations that grow the industries and lift Ghanaians across all sectors”.
“As we prepare for this leadership transition, all correspondence regarding the Chamber's CEO should be directed to the Chairman of the Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications. We will inform you in due course of the appointment of the new Chief Executive”, it ended.
