The second episode of the 2025 Guinness Ghana DJ Awards’ annual signature tour, Pub Fest, has left ecstatic imprints in the minds of 'Winnebarians'.
The Pub Fest train made a stop in Winneba as the second of many episodes on this year’s calendar with an unforgettable night on Friday, August 8, at Bamobi Lounge, delivering vibrant music and energetic entertainment.
The event, powered by Smirnoff, featured some of the region’s top DJs - DJ Sonatty, DJ 3 Point, DJ Obey and DJ Chikito. Celebrated MC Nana King kept the crowd energized throughout the night.

DJ Sonatty emerged a highlight of the night, following recent awards as Best Discovery and Best Central Region DJ of the Year. His set was considered an icing on the cake, bringing added pride and enthusiasm to the festival. Sonatty's captivating stage presence further ignited the crowd and underscored the event’s significance in celebrating the region’s thriving music scene.

Smirnoff showcased its new variants, vibrant blends designed to be truly the life of the party, perfectly complementing the electric atmosphere and connecting with attendees on a deeper level. As a dynamic and innovative brand committed to celebrating Ghana’s DJ culture, Smirnoff’s presence was another highlight, reinforcing its role in nurturing the music scene.

PubFest is part of the build-up to the biggest DJ event in Africa, the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards, slated for November 29, on the theme ‘Shake the Floor’. This nationwide tour, held at special places like Bamobi Lounge, gives music fans a chance to enjoy and connect with Ghana’s top DJs before the big awards night. The Bamobi event showed once again that it is an important celebration of music, culture, and community.
The Pub Fest train makes its next stop at Signature Lounge in the ‘Port City’ – Tema on August 15, 2025, where Smirnoff will once again energize the crowd with its exciting new products, continuing to be the life of the party across the nationwide tour.
