The former Deputy Minister for Trade and Industry also disclosed that he was the first CEO Mr Akufo-Addo appointed upon winning power. "I think I was the first CEO appointed in Nana Akufo-Addo's government. I was given my appointment letter on 25 January; other ministers were not given their appointment letters."
He explained that the former President granted him such an opportunity because of the close working relationship they had built over the years.
"I have worked for him like everybody working for him, so we believe in him; he has been our father for a very long time, myself and Honourable Annoh Dompreh," he recalled.
