The Ghana Police Service has assured applicants participating in the ongoing 2025 recruitment exercise that the technical challenges reported on its e-recruitment platform are being addressed.
According to a statement from the Service, a dedicated Support Team is working around the clock to resolve issues related to the delivery of PINs, serial numbers, One-Time Passwords (OTPs), and other system concerns submitted through official email and support lines.
The Police urged applicants experiencing delays to remain calm while the technical team completes the necessary fixes.
Applicants are also encouraged to report any outstanding issues directly to the support team via 0299208928 or 0299208948.
The Ghana Police Service reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring a transparent, efficient, and user-friendly recruitment process, and thanked the public for their patience and cooperation.
