Global Electronics giant, Microsoft Devices Group, over the weekend organized the second draw of its Lumia “Make It Happen” promotion.
Two lucky winners were selected during the draw which was conducted under the supervision of the Ghana Gaming Commission.
Samiratu Mahazu, a students and Bright, a trader at Tiptoe lane in Accra were announced the proud winners of a Hyundai i10 each, which brings to three the total winners of the promotion since its inception last year.
The Make it Happen promotion, which aims at giving real-time value and ultimate prizes to reward consumers of the Microsoft Lumia smartphones , in December last year, presented all expenses paid holiday package trips to Sentosa Island in Singapore to lucky winners

Now the promotion continues with selected winners going home with Hyundai i10 cars.
The first draw of the promotion witnessed a lucky winner busting into jubilation but the euphoria associated with the current draw was exceptional as the live electronic selection witnessed an explosion of joy displayed by winners who shouted in amazement with loud scream when they were informed as winners of the draw.
A visibly elated Master Jordan Paterson, a University student and winner of the first car draw, was present with his mother to receive the dummy key to his car.
Jordan, who could not hide his joy, told myjojyonline that he could not believe it when he was first called.
“It was all so surreal” he said, adding that the car will ease his transportation burden, especially when attending lectures.
Jordan advised his colleague students to participate in the promotion and try their luck.
Speaking after the draw, the Business Lead of Microsoft Mobile Device Ghana, Mr. Kola Osinowo said Microsoft is giving back to consumers and called for Ghanaians rush and take advantage of the promotion.

He noted that Lumia smart phone’s features help students like Jordan to be more productive in their research, while the cars will serve to facilitate their daily activities.
He said Microsoft will continue to excite consumers as far as they have chosen to use the Lumia range of phones.
The promotion, which officially comes to a close at the end of March, has two more cars on display to be won.
