Medical Superintendent at the GHAPOHA hospital Dr. Boateng Duah says the Y FM presenter who was allegedly raped and tortured has regained consciousness after being sedated.
The Takoradi-based radio presenter Adaeze Onyinyechie Ayoka, popularly called Ms Ada came out of sedation at 5:30pm Tuesday evening after she was found 1am Tuesday dawn looking dirty, half-naked and confused.
Dr. Boateng Duah says she has taken her supper and is being closely monitored after an alleged gang rape at an undisclosed location.
The medical team at the hospital is urging some patience while she gets sufficient rest before any interrogation.
A clinical psychologist, a crime officer and the medical superintendent are on hand to do the interrogation in any time on Wednesday.
The Takoradi-based radio presenter was abducted at an unknown time last week, sexually assaulted and tortured.
She was only found Tuesday dawn after she sought refuge in a friend’s house.
Ada revealed she was raped by five young men.
