The Achimota store of mattress manufacturers, Ashfoam, has caught fire.
The fire has been doused but all the mattresses in the shop have been completely destroyed.
Joy News' Iddrisu Latif reported that fire officers called in to fight the blaze run out of water in the process.
He said a private water tanker which happened to pass by at the material moment, helped the firefighters to put out the fire.
No injuries were recorded, he added.
Officers of the Ghana National Fire Service said they were yet to investigate and establish the cause of the fire.
Many public and private properties have been consumed by fires in the past few.
Recurring market fires compelled government to seek assistance from US investigators.
The contents of their investigator report have yet to be made public but the fire incidents are continuing unabated.
Late last year, the Central Medical Stores went up in flames, consuming medicines worth about 300 million cedis.
