Hitz FM will be having a whole new package as celebrities are set to co-host its Entertainment News section on Fridays.
The celebrities will present the news including issues about themselves which made the headlines.
The new package will also see trending entertainment issues on social media dominate its Entertainment News. It means what is posted by listeners could actually become the topic of discussion on the Hitz' Entertainment News.
The entertainment station in Accra has repackaged its 9am news in a bid to best satisfy the interest of its cherished listeners.The new entertainment news will now be aired at 1pm from Monday to Friday.
The news will now be hosted by two anchors and will be read in both the local language (Akan) and English.
Hitz FM’s newly packaged news will consist of interviews and issues trending on social media. The show will take a different dimension on Fridays, when the celebrities get involved.
The maiden edition kicks of today (Monday) July 13, 2015 and is intended to be engaging and also give pleasure and delight to its listeners.
