Two of Ghana’s hottest entertainers, dancehall artiste Samini and Disc Jockey, DJ Black raised up high the flag of Ghana last Friday in the US.
The two, together with other artistes, were at the Alhambra Palace, Illinois, Chicago and they performed to the delight of hundreds of patrons who trooped to the venue.
Apart from Samini and DJ Black, other artistes who performed at the event included Black Up and Antwi 1. They all performed with the Time International Band.
When it was his turn to make the audience dance, Ghana’s number one DJ, DJ did not fail to deliver.
DJ Black, who is also the host of the Open House Party on Joy FM, got the crowd to understand what African music means.
The speakers at the venue oozed with exciting mixes from DJ Black who treated the hundreds in attendance to music from Ghana, Togo, Nigeria and other African countries.
When Samini got on stage, the audience went wild. He dished out hit after hit from his old and new music library.
The many who attended the event, put together by Woj3ga Movement, admitted Ghana definitely made a point in Chicago.
DJ Black's next stop is Atlanta, Georgia where he is expected to once again give off his signature performance.
