A man and a woman were killed in a shooting at rapper Drake's Afterparty in Toronto, Canada in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The ‘Started From the Bottom’ hitmaker hosted the bash at Muzik nightclub to celebrate the end of his annual OVO festival, which took place at the nearby Molson Amphitheatre on Sunday and Monday.
According to Toronto Police, shots were fired inside the club around 3.30am local time and the violence spilled out onto the street.
One person was found dead at the scene, another passed away in hospital, and three others were hospitalised with serious injuries.
Superintendent Frank Bergen says, "At this point we do know for certain that one or two (shootings) were in the nightclub and we believe the others were outside of that area. This is all unfolding now and we're doing our investigation."
It is not known if Drake was still in the venue at the time.
