Medeama failed to make their dominance count as they were held to a goalless draw by Algerian Cup holders MO Bejaia in the CAF confederation cup group phase clash at the Essipong stadium.
The Yellow and Mauves were in search of their first victory of the group stage after being beaten by Mazembe in Lubumbashi but despite putting up a spirited display where they dominated from start to finish, they could not find the back of the net. Squandering a host of glaring chances.
The results mean the Algerians have conceded only one goal in 180 minutes of football played in Ghana.
Bejaia visited Ghana in February with only Joshua Tijani finding the back of the net for the Miners.
Medeama now a point after two games and sit third in Group A five points behind leaders TP Mazembe.
