Accra Hearts of Oak have been boosted by the return to full training of three injured players.
Richard Yamoah, Kassenu Ghandy, and Isaac Mensah started full training today at the Legon Ajax Park ahead of Sunday’s game with Aduana Stars.
Midfielder Richard Yamoah has not played since injuring his knee in the match-day 2 fixture with Medeama. He returned to training a while back but he still could not shake off the problem. However, after close to three months on the sidelines, Yamoah has joined full training today ahead of this weekend’s clash with Aduana.
Left back Ghandy Kassenu also picked up a thigh muscle problem on his debut after only 34 minutes against Dreams FC in match-day 16.

He was told to rest for one week by the medical team before he started partially training somewhere last week. But he has now joined the full team training and he is in contention for Sunday’s game with Aduana.
Isaac Mensah took a knock in the President’s Cup game with Asante Kotoko and had to be substituted around the 80th minute. His problem was not all that serious though the medical team preferred to take the necessary precautions as they asked him to stay out of full training on Monday. But he has rejoined the full training.

Meanwhile, Emmanuel Sarbah Layea is still struggling for full fitness though he has been coming to training since he picked up a knee injury in the win over Dreams FC. The midfielder is very close though he has not joined full training yet.
