An anchor with Accra-based United Television (UTV), Maame Yeboah Asiedu has joined leading media brand, the Multimedia Group.
Maame Yeboah Asiedu is set to bring her wealth of experience in anchoring shows including telenovelas, to a bigger platform and an even bigger telenovela- Kumkum Bhagya which is the craze of many. She is expected to be co-host of Kumkum Bhagya and Veera.
Announcing her switch on the Adom FM's drive time show, 'Ofiekwanso' on Wednesday, the reigning female Television Show host of the year said she was pleased to have joined the Multimedia Group.
She expressed her excitement to join the biggest media house in the country and urged her fans to watch out for her on Adom TV.
'I am happy to join Multimedia Group, I have always wanted to work with Multimedia and joining the company is a dream come true...,' she said.
She promised VEERA viewers and her fans more surprises and excitement on the show which has been termed 'twi-novela' due to the translation into Twi.
'Come on board, come with me because we are going to have a pleasant experience on TV and the chatroom which will be aired on Saturdays will also be amazing...I can promise it's going to be mega and an improvement of whatever delivery style I had previously,' she added.
VEERA airs on Adom TV channel on MultiTV at 4:00 pm every week day.
